Figure Skating Lessons
Teton Valley Foundation works with local coaches and trainers to offer lessons in beginning and intermediate figure skating.
The beginner class will cover basic skating technique and practice.
The intermediate class (available to ages 6 and over) is for those who already know how to skate. Intermediate students will strengthen their basic skills, like power strokes, and cover first jumps and first spins.
Cost: $5 per lesson with local figure skating coaches.
WHEN:
- Beginners: Tuesdays, 4-5; beginning Dec. 20th
- Intermediate (figure skates required): Thursdays, 4:30-5:30; beginning Jan. 5th

Youth Hockey League
(All participants must register as members of USA Hockey.) Register here.
TVF’s youth hockey program is designed to help young people learn and develop their hockey skills, while having a great time. The hockey season is expected to begin in early January, but may begin earlier if ice is good sooner.
We offer teams in three age brackets:
Mini-Mites - ages 5 and 6
- Practicing: Mon & Wed 4-4:45pm
- Focus on basic skill development and GOOD TIMES!
- 2 nights per week, travel to Jackson required for games
- Objective to play in 1 tournament and 3-4 games
- Players divided into groups according to ability and experience
- Cost: $80 per season
Mites - ages 7 and 8
- Practicing: Mon & Wed 5-6pm
- Focus on skill development and playing games with regional teams
- 2 nights per week, some regional weekend travel required
- Objective to play in 1 tournament and 4-5 games
- Players divided into groups according to ability and experience
- Cost: $80 per season
Squirts - ages 9 and 10
- Practicing: Mon & Wed 6:15-7:15pm
- Focus on development of more advanced skills and stronger team play
- 2 nights per week, some regional weekend travel required
- Objective to play in 1 tournament and 4-5 games
- Potential team assignments according to skill
- Cost: $120 per season
Peewees/ Bantams - ages 11-14
- Practicing: Mon & Wed 7:15-8:15pm
- Focus on development of more advanced skills and stronger team play
- 2 nights per week, some regional weekend travel required
- Objective to play in 1 tournament and 4-5 games
- Potential team assignments according to skill
- Cost: $140 per season
