Staff
Gil Hundley – Executive Director
Gil Hundley has called Teton Valley his home for about 20 years and lives in Victor with his family. He was one of the founding board members of Teton Basin Ice and Recreation, has served as a past President of the Board for the Teton Valley Hospital Foundation, was a member of the Rotary Club of Teton Valley and is currently President of the Board for Teton Adaptive Sports (a chapter of Disabled Sports USA). He has had a few different careers in the area including 6 years working at Red Top Meadows, a residential treatment facility and wilderness program, 10 years in finance and community banking, and the past 4 years working on developing an adaptive ski program at Grand Targhee Resort while working carpentry in the summers. He enjoys all that our wonderful valley has to offer as far as recreation mainly skiing, mountain biking and recently a fair amount of physical therapy. Everyone in his family loves music so enjoying the great outdoor summer music scene in Teton Valley with them has been a favorite as well. He received his B.A from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.
Board

George [Geordie] Gillett, III – President
Geordie oversees Grand Targhee Resort, WorldCast Anglers, Victor Valley Market, and a variety of commercial and residential real estate ventures in Teton Valley, Idaho. Geordie received his B.A. from Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont. He received Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Finance degrees from the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado. Geordie and his family live in Alta, Wyoming. He is on the board of Friends of the Teton River and the Teton Valley Foundation. Geordie is one of the Foundation’s founding members.

Cathy O’Connor – Secretary and Treasurer
A former Executive Director of the Teton Valley Foundation, Cathy has just completed her term as the Executive Director of the Community Foundation of Teton Valley. Prior to joining the nonprofit world, Cathy spent thirteen years in New York working in accounting and investment banking. More recently, she spent 3 years in various roles at a therapeutic boarding school in Oakley, UT, teaching math, co-running admissions, serving as a parent liaison, running publications and coaching cross country and girl’s lacrosse. She and her husband moved to the Valley in May 2005.
Cathy has been involved with non-profit organizations throughout her adult life ranging from the Student Sponsor Partnership, a New York non-profit which provides students from broken homes an alternative to public school and
Candlelighters for Childhood Cancer, an outreach program for cancer families. She has volunteered her time to manage the Victor site for Teton Valley Community Recycling and volunteers as bookkeeper for Teton Valley Trails and
Pathways.

Ari Kotler
In 2005, Ari founded Teton Basin Ice & Recreation (TBIR). In 2010, TBIR merged with TVF, giving TVF its first significant recreational programming. It was Ari’s vision to develop a recreational ice facility for the community of Teton Basin, Idaho; and his hard work that made it a reality. When he is not on the ice, Ari operates S.O.A.R. Northwest River Co, an outfitting operation on the Selway River in Idaho. He has been a philanthropic and dedicated community member since 1998.

Michael Dawes
Mike Dawes currently serves as the President of WorldCast Anglers, based out of Victor Idaho. A graduate of St. Lawrence University in 1996, Mike moved to Denver, where he received a MBA in Marketing from University of Denver Daniels College of Business in 2000 and relocated to Teton Valley in 2001.
Mike originally got involved with TVF through his passion for the game of hockey. Mike coaches the squirts youth team in Teton Valley and was involved in the creation of the adult pond hockey league. Mike is now a player, a board member, and a member of the TVF recreation committee.

Dave Hudacsko
Dave is co-founder and current Business Director of both R.A.D. Recycling and WGW Events in Teton Valley. He graduated in 2002 with a Bachelors Degree in Biology from the University of Vermont and moved to the area in the fall of that year. For nearly 10 years, Hudacsko worked at Teton Gravity Research, holding positions as the Tour Director and Sponsorship Manager. He was also the Communications Manager at Grand Targhee Resort and was involved with Protect Our Winters. Eager to bring his experience to the already talented TVF team, he hopes to make a positive impact on the great foundation that has already been built.
Dave enjoys all of the recreation that Teton Valley has to offer including skiing, hiking, snowmobiling, dirt biking, hunting and anything else he may be invited to do. His wife Kate, dog Roscoe and he currently live in Victor.
Rick Baldwin
Rick has been a licensed architect for the past 31 years, currently for Dubbe-Moulder Architects with offices in Jackson, WY and Driggs, ID.
He is an appointed member of both the Driggs Planning and Zoning Commission and the Transportation Committee and an active member of the local Design Review Subcommittee and Downtown Driggs Community Association. Rick has been an active participant with several non-profit organizations and community advocacy groups. He has served as a volunteer Luge coach, has earned National, International and Olympic Luge Officiating qualifications and actively participates in events at all three levels each winter. Rick brings his creativity and problem solving skills and his experience living in other resort communities to the Foundation.
